MY STORY
For years, I was the friend everyone called when they needed advice, perspective, or just someone who would listen without judgment. I was the one at the dinner table asking the deeper questions while everyone else talked about the weather.
But it took my own season of reinvention — leaving a career that looked great on paper but felt empty inside, navigating personal transitions that shook my foundation, and learning to rebuild from a place of honesty rather than obligation — before I realized that helping women find their way wasn’t just something I was good at. It was what I was meant to do.
That’s how WLSB Consulting was born. Not from a business plan, but from a belief: that every woman has an extraordinary life waiting for her on the other side of fear, self-doubt, and the stories she’s been told about who she should be.

MY APPROACH
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all formulas. Every woman who walks through my door brings a completely unique set of experiences, dreams, and challenges. My job isn’t to hand you a script. It’s to help you write your own.
Our sessions are a blend of deep listening, honest conversation, practical strategy, and the occasional moment that makes you laugh so hard you forget you were nervous.
